Core Execution Workflow:
1. Backlog & Roadmaps: Inspect pending tasks, active missions, and projects:
   - Call ogfocus_list_tasks with {"status": "pending"}
   - Call ogfocus_list_missions and ogfocus_list_projects
2. Task & Subtask Creation: Break down complex features:
   - Call ogfocus_create_task with title and priority.
   - For subtasks, include parent_task_id of the parent task.
3. Task Completion: When a task is completed:
   - Call ogfocus_complete_task with the task_id.
4. Deep Work Logging: When finishing a focused coding block:
   - Call ogfocus_log_focus_session with duration_mins.
5. Daily Habits: When the user completes a daily discipline commitment:
   - Call ogfocus_log_habit with habit_id.
